Volunteer Opportunities
As events, fundraisers, competition meals, and other activities are planned, volunteer needs will be posted here. Opportunities may range from one-time tasks to ongoing committee support, and families will be able to choose options that fit their availability and interests.

Bake Sale Volunteers
Bake Sale Volunteers
Help us make the BCV Booster Club Bake Sale a success! We are looking for volunteers to assist both in the days leading up to the sale and during the event on Saturday, October 10.
Event-Day Volunteers — Saturday, October 10
Event-Day Volunteers — Saturday, October 10
Volunteers will help organize baked goods, assist customers, monitor inventory, and keep the sale area neat and welcoming.
Available shifts:
Setup Volunteer: 8:45 a.m.
First Shift: 9:00–10:30 a.m.
Second Shift: 10:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
Third Shift: 12:00–1:30 p.m.
We need one volunteer for setup and one volunteer for each 90-minute shift.
Baking Volunteers

We are also looking for volunteers who can help bake items in advance of the sale.
Baking days include:
Wednesday, October 7
Thursday, October 8
Friday, October 9
Baking volunteers will prepare items with Bake Sale Coordinator, Beth Versace. Additional instructions regarding baking will be provided in advance.
Nutcracker Merchandise Volunteers
Nutcracker Merchandise Volunteers
Help us bring a little extra magic to Nutcracker season! Booster Club volunteers will help create, prepare, and sell Nutcracker-themed merchandise for our dancers, families, and guests.
Volunteer opportunities may include:
Flower Bouquet Creation & Prep – Help make, assemble, package, or prepare flower bouquets ahead of Nutcracker performances.
Merchandise Sales – Help with preparing the sales area, displaying merchandise, and staff the Booster Club merchandise table during designated Nutcracker performances and events.
Whether you're crafty, enjoy helping behind the scenes, or would rather spend a shift at the sales table, there are plenty of ways to lend a hand!
